Below is a questionnaire that would give you an insight into the health of your building. At the end it would tell you if there is an immediate need to carry out structural audit and repair of your building. Let us see how healthy your structure is!!

2. Since construction, how many times has the building been repaired and/or painted? (Minimum requirement should be once in every 10 years)




3. When was the last structural audit carried out?



4. Was NDT done during the last structural audit?



5. What was the category of the building as described in the report?



6. Were structural repairs carried out as suggested in the last report?



7. When were the last major structural repairs carried out?



8. Do you have leakage from the terrace?



9. Do you have leakage from the external wall?



10. Does society carry out fire-fighting audit as per the concerned authority?



11. Does society carry out electrical audit as per the concerned authority?
